Chuangmo CMOS-201 2*1 Fiber optic switch. It is playsz an important role in FTTH Triple-play. It can support 2 Optical fiber inputs and 1 fiber output, which can provide continuous fiber signal in head-end to achieve fiber signal back-up. 

Compared with 2 input build-in EDFA, our independant 2*1 fiber switch is your better choice especially in Repairing. Built in design, if the fiber switch goes faulty, it may affect the EDFA, and for repair, in case of complaints from end-users, ISPs have to replace the faulty EDFA first, and figure out how to repair it. so we strongly suggest operators choose the independant fiber switch as priority. by wrapping it to the side bar of the rack or simplely put on your EDFA. space saving and stable quality. 

With wide operating wavelength range from 1200~1600nm. low insertion loss and speedy switching rate, can be used for FTTH PON and Cable TV network and lab applications.

CMOS-201 smart fiber switch. equipped with dual operation mode: Auto Mode/ Force Mode.

1. Auto Mode:

   When insert 2 fiber signals, CMOS-201 detect system will select the signal which has stronger output. (eg.: A input: -1.1dB, B input -2.2dB. A input will be selected. and in display board. LED lights is connected.)

2. Force Mode:

   Once operator set the default signal. fiber switch preference will be that signal. and only when this signal been cut, fiber switch will change to the other signal.(eg.: A input: 1.1dB, B input 2.2dB. Operator set FO mode. then set A as default signal. confirm selection. then A signal will be connected.)
